Very high quality mozzarella, “La Pascolianella” is a historical product of Caseificio Pascoli. In fact we have been producing artisan mozzarella cheese for over 50 years. It’s a stretched-curd, soft and elastic, white cheese.
Ingredients: Pasteurized cow’s milk of EU origin, lactic ferments, rennet and sea salt. No Preservatives.
Storage and Shelf Life: Keep at 0-4 °C, expiration date 15 days after the date of production. In order to ensure the integrity of the product, the mozzarella cheese must be preserved at refrigeration temperature, pulling it out from its protective envelope a few minutes before consumption.
Allergens: Milk and milk-based products (including lactose).
