Produced with sheep’s milk, this pecorino is aged for 60 days and then refined under the walnut leaves of Romagna.
Perfectly paired with cured meats, chestnut honey, and structured wines.
Ingredients: Pasteurized milk, lactic enzymes, rennet, salt.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place or in the refrigerator at 4 degrees. Shelf life 6 months.
