Fresh Cheese

Caseificio Pascoli’s fresh cheese retraces the history and traditions of the Romagna dairy culture. The most famous is certainly the Squacquerone di Romagna Dop that we have been producing for over 50 years; then there are ricotte, casatelle, semiteneri and many other references.
We have always focused on healthiness and wellbeing because our philosophy supports healthy eating: milk in each of our cheese is local and Italian, there are no added thickeners or preservatives of any kind and the chain is guaranteed.
