Origin of the milk, Italy. The serum ricotta cheese we produce is made according to a recipe handed us down from the local azdore who used it to prepare, among other things, the delicious cheese cappelletti or the ravioli. It is soft, produced with cow’s milk serum. This ricotta is excellent in the low-calorie and controlled diets, and we recommend it combined with good jam at breakfast as well as a snack! The artisan process characterizes the creamy consistency of this delicate taste ricotta. The artisan preparation guarantees the respect of the tradition, and for this reason has conquered our customers!
Ingredients: Serum of cow’s milk, sea salt.
Storage and Shelf Life: To ensure the integrity of the product, keep the Ricotta cheese at refrigeration temperature (0-4°C), without interrupting the cold chain, pulling it from the protective bag in order to facilitate serum dripping. Shelf life 10 days.
