The “mozzarella in sfoglia” is used in gastronomy as a base to be stuffed, often with tuna and/or tomato and salad. It is then rolled up and cut into slices.
Ingredients: Pasteurized cow’s milk, lactic enzymes, rennet and salt with no added preservatives.
