La mozzarella in sfoglia è utilizzata nella gastronomia come base da farcire a proprio gusto, spesso con tonno e o pomodoro e insalata. Viene poi arrotolata e tagliata a fette.
Ingredienti: latte vaccino pastorizzato, fermenti lattici, caglio e sale senza l’aggiunta di conservanti.
